To the Motherland...

I'm taking a journey with my good friend, Sameer Sampat, to India. What exactly this journey is going to entail... your guess is as good as mine. Our inner voices will be our guide. (along with our handy-dandy Lonely Planet)

raj i can't believe somebody hit you. was ur instinct to hit back? that would be mine, like sam was saying in his blog too, but that would probably just get u in more trouble. about the "ladies' word" being so important, u wonder if a woman's word would get so much trust if it was against a police officer? oh that makes me mad! anyways i'm glad u made it out safe and didn't let it bring you down. i'm not sure how i feel about u thinking u deserve the slap, b/c the experience would have been just the same and the lesson would be the same i think if you hadn't been slapped. anyways, its great to hear your stories and hear about the kids, i agree they're the best part of all of this.

haha... I don't think I deserved getting slapped... but just the whole experience... a negative experience... is a consequence of past karma..
